Our office Hours are by Appointment Only.

Our office specifically sets aside individual-scheduled time for each of our patients (45 min.-1 hour).  Therefore, your appointment is not divided amongst numerous patients.  Out of respect for each of our patients and their valuable time we request NO walk-in patients.  Our scheduled patients should not have their scheduled appointment interrupted.  Furthermore, our office has a set-in-stone rule that all existing and new patients must have a scheduled appointment to be treated by Dr. Beth.

**If you would like information as to what your health insurance plan covers in our office, please make a copy of the front and back of your health insurance card (increase the size of the copy by 25% so that the insurance card is readable), write the birth date of the primary subscriber of your health insurance on the paper and your phone number for us to contact you and fax these papers to our office at (408) 977-0660.  We will contact you within 48 hours with the information you are requesting.

It is important to note that some healthcare insurance companies dictate necessity of treatment based on how much it will cost them, not based on how much care a patient needs.  These decisions are typically made by health insurance employees lacking any medical training.  We vow to do everything possible to improve our patients’ well-being by not allowing the healthcare insurance companies to dictate their care.  It is very important that as a patient, you take a pro-active role in the type of medical care you receive and expect, ask questions and seek answers to any health concerns you may have.
